Service fees cover our professional work. Government fees (ROC filing fees, stamp duties and so on) are billed at cost with receipts shown in your dashboard — we never mark them up.
Each service has its own fee: registrations are one-off, while ongoing services like payroll support are billed monthly and annual return filing yearly. You only pay for the services you actually use — there are no bundled plans or subscriptions.
No. Ongoing services continue only as long as you want them, and your documents always remain downloadable from your vault — they're yours.
